Which Fruits to eat

I'm not a licensed nutritionist; I'm just an individual wanting to eat the right foods and to live a healthier lifestyle. From my own research and understanding; the following fruits are the best one's to eat. Reason for picking them are because the Glycemic Load is less than 10 or Glycemic Index is less than 55, and the Inflammation Factor is positive. I limit my intake of the one's that have a negative IF or a high GI. My main focus is on the GL which has more of an impact on how fast the sugar goes through our system.
